Career Highlights:
 
Mr. Torres has completed over 10 Million Square feet of Real Estate Development during his illustrious career,from  High Rise Residential Luxury Condo’s, Hotel, Restaurant, Spa, to Commercial office and Industrial uses with a sales value of over $ 3 Billion dollars. 

Prior to founding Delatorres Industries, LLC, Hector Torres was Vice President of Development for Africa Israel Florida Holdings, LLC, the U.S.Subsidiary of Africa Israel Investment Group, a Publicly Traded leading global holding and investment company active in the spheres of residential, retail and commercial construction as well as international trade, energy, communications, high-tech and hospitality industries. Hector provided the local expertise to the development, construction, legal, financial, budgeting, and sales and marketing for all of Africa Israel Florida assets including the 67 story Marquis Residences and Hotel Tempo Project, an exclusive residence, hotel, restaurant and spa in the burgeoning Park West district of downtown Miami.
 
Prior to joining Africa Israel, Mr. Torres was the Director of Construction  for Boymelgreen Developers, a Real Estate Developer based in New York City. Mr. Torres has also served as the Owner’s Representative and Director of Construction for Cabi Developers, LLC, a luxury Real Estate Developer based in Aventura, Florida a subsidiary of the prestigious Mexican Developer, GICSA. In that post, he oversaw the local management and participated in real estate acquisitions, construction, budgets, and risk management. 

In addition, Mr. Torres served as Project Executive for various Major Real Estate Developments during the Downtown Miami Renaissance Period such as - Everglades on the Bay, an 866-unit mixed-use project; Capital at Brickell, a 900-unit two-tower residential project; Country Club Center, a class AAA office building; and the Parc at Turnberry in Aventura, a luxury two-tower high-rise residential project.
 
Mr. Torres started his career in Real Estate Development as an apprentice Carpenter for the Local Union in New York City where he was born. A Major Crossroad in his young career led him to a practical perpetual Vocational Education that has lasted over 20 years . – Mr. Torres Entrepeneural spirit has transformed him throughout the years from the ground up into a  knowledgeable, experienced Real Estate Investor and advisor.   A self made entrepreneur  through a mission of applying a simple life motto:  "Constantly examine - what and who you are - and your vision of life will become ever more clear"
